DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS

1. DELIVERY TERMS

1.1. Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days at the latest after payment confirmation is received.

1.2. Delivery time may vary depending on the ordered product and delivery address. Under normal conditions, the delivery time is between 35-40 business days. Public holidays and force majeure may extend this period.

1.3. Your orders will be sent to your address via contracted cargo companies. Delivery time may vary due to the density of cargo companies and weather conditions.

1.4. If the buyer is not present at the delivery address, the cargo company may leave the package at the nearest branch and inform the buyer. The buyer must pick up the package from the branch within the specified period.

2. RETURN TERMS

2.1. Our customers can return the product by exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. Customer service must be contacted before exercising the right of withdrawal.

2.2. The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, unused, unlabeled and in a resalable condition. Used, damaged or missing products are not accepted for return.

2.3. Return transactions are completed within 7 business days at the latest after receiving the product and the product price is returned to the customer by the method of payment.

2.4. The shipping fee usually belongs to the customer for returns. However, in case of faulty or defective product shipments, the return shipping fee is covered by our company.

2.5. Personal hygiene products, products produced by special order and unpackaged cosmetic products cannot be returned.

3. EXCHANGE TERMS

3.1. Customers who want to make an exchange can request an exchange by contacting customer service within 14 days after receiving the product.

3.2. The exchange process is carried out if the product complies with the return conditions. The new product will be sent to the customer as soon as possible according to the stock status.

3.3. The exchange shipping fee may vary depending on the customer's request. For faulty or defective products, the exchange shipping fee is covered by our company.
