2. SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products with the qualifications specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website www.samrthome.com.

4. DELIVERY TERMS
4.1. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the BUYER through the contracted cargo company. Delivery time is 35-40 business days from the approval of the order.
4.2. The shipping fee will be paid by the BUYER unless otherwise specified at the order stage.
4.3. If the BUYER is not present at the specified delivery address, he/she should contact the cargo company and take delivery.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without any justification.
5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify by e-mail to info@samrthome.com or by phone +850 3043457.
5.3. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the products must be returned in their original packaging, complete and unused.
6. RETURN AND REPAYMENT
6.1. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price shall be refunded by the method of payment within 7 business days at the latest following the delivery of the product to the SELLER.
6.2. The return shipping fee belongs to the BUYER unless otherwise stated. However, the shipping fee for faulty or defective products will be covered by the SELLER.
7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Disputes that may arise from this contract will be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
8. ENFORCEMENT
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract from the moment he / she places an order.
